As well as sponsoring BarCamp London 9, Potato were also in attendance at the geek-heavy City University shindig held last weekend.

Staged on the 29th and 30th of October, BarCamp London 9 was the latest free-to-attend annual get-together, which sees developers, designers and techie business people organising their own ad hoc conference schedule on-the-fly.

Potato developer Wilfred Hughes delivered a talk explaining to attendees how to solve Sudoku puzzles programatically. Wilfred, it emerges, doesn't like having to repeat himself, hence his desire to solve Sudoku once and for-all!

Inspired by our long-held views on the matter, Potato founder Jason Cartwright also spoke about how to get a tech-industry job, focussing on the importance of highlighting the good work you've done, using your network and avoiding recruiters.

A huge 'thank you' to everyone who attended the event, everyone who stopped-by to listen to us talk, and of course the tireless organisers.
