Freelance developer required to work on fun Android applications.

You'll be working at our office in London, United Kingdom, developing Android apps for huge audiences. Our clients currently and previously include Google, YouTube, News International, BBH and numerous other agencies.

This role will see you working as part of a small team. The workload will sometimes be hectic, but the atmosphere is cheerful and proactive.

This is a full-time freelance role starting ASAP.

Required experience

• Android application development
• Version control (particularly git)
• Understanding of HTTP APIs

Big pluses for experience with

• Localisation
• Automated testing
• Android widgets
• Cutting-edge Android hardware (e.g. tablets)
• HTML, CSS & Javascript
• Google Apps & APIs

Also useful

• Django & Python
• Google App Engine
• Linux administration
• iOS application development
• Exotic Android devices (e.g. e-readers, netbooks or cordless phones)
