Potato are seeking a talented Creative/Product Lead to join us on a large scale, multi-year digital project to create a state of the art, immersive experience based around an iconic and globally recognised entertainment brand.

Potato are a lead partner on a large scale, multi-year digital project to create a state of the art, immersive experience based on a globally recognised entertainment brand.
The project is an opportunity to define an entirely new depth of experience for future audiences. To achieve new qualities of immersion, we will be using a range of approaches including, immersive technologies, high quality narrative, live immersive production events and an intelligent underlying platform that allows the user genuinely to influence how their experience unfolds.
The role will be Bristol-based (with key stakeholders in London and S. Wales) and involve teams from at least 4 companies (including Potato) to be managed as an overall programme. The programme is likely to last for 18 months minimum with the option to extend once the product is in market.
The Creative/Product Lead will work with the Programme Lead and Technical Lead to bring insight and consistency across the creatives working on the programme. You will need to ensure that all creative aspects of the programme are of the highest quality and align smoothly with one another.
The Creative/Product Lead will drive quality and consistency across creative direction and decisions, helping to ensure an ambitious vision for the product by contributing creative insight and ideas. You will need to strike a balance between being hands-on and an overseer.
