Naturally, our people (aka spuds) are the main priority. From the first time we meet, we do our best to get to know you and find out what makes you tick. Then we help you flourish and grow.

Remote-friendly, your choice

It’s about the stuff you create, not where you create it. So, if working from home keeps you in the flow, great. If you like some company along the way, our studios let you hang with your fellow spuds. The freedom to work in the way that inspires you most is what we care about. That, and how you think and feel as you apply the elbow grease.

At Potato, we foster an open, progressive and inclusive workspace where you can be you. Integrity. Authenticity. Transparency. These are just some of the things we encourage so that our studio remains a happy one. Your happy place.

Even when you are at work, there are clubs to take your mind off things and guest lectures and hackathons to get you inspired. Plus, you get a dedicated day each month for independent learning, with no restrictions - just new possibilities.
