Summary
The GripAble platform provides engaging rehabilitation activities for people recovering from a wide range of neurological and orthopaedic conditions. Through the seriously fun app, therapists create personalised training programmes, remotely monitoring physical progress with instant feedback on patient interaction. It’s a digital-meets-real life solution designed to improve remote patient care and treatment outcomes.
Challenge
We were tasked with expanding the revolutionary offering of a mobile app across a variety of operating platforms. The aim was to improve access and therapy for a greater number of online patients, while enhancing convenience and ease of use.
Finding the best strategic evolution for the GripAble platform required a direct impact on user reach in order to ensure sustainable product growth.

Vision
As a venture-backed early-stage startup, it’s incredibly important for GripAble to demonstrate a strong, evidence-based strategy and rapid product development.
In collaboration with GripAble, we set out to effectively execute our newly defined strategy, while simultaneously increasing access and use of their app and physical product.

Change
On a practical level, we used our expertise in enterprise-level applications (for both web and mobile) to plan and implement a seamless upgrade of the GripAble platform.
Simultaneously, we devised an enhanced and even more robust product strategy, creating greater opportunities to diversify GripAble’s market offering.
Combining forces, we collectively coached product and project managers, developers and leadership. This brought about a greater understanding of how cross-functional teams can work together to create an amazing product.
